## Biography

As a Senior International Investment Associate at Cross Border Wealth, Ian leverages his diverse professional background to assist U.S.-connected global individuals and U.S.-based expats with their overseas wealth and retirement planning needs. His primary focus is helping clients regain access to their hard-earned savings - tracking down lost 401(k), IRA, and U.K. pension accounts, and guiding them through the complexities of cross-border financial management.

Ian also leads and mentors the firm’s team of investment associates, providing direction, training, and oversight to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional service. He also contributes to business development initiatives and process improvements, enhancing operational efficiency and client experience.

Outside of work, Ian enjoys Bible study, spending time with his family, cycling, and outdoor adventures.
