## Biography

A Certified Compliance Officer (CCO®), Yvonne is the Chief Compliance Officer for Cross Border Wealth, with primary responsibilities spanning regulatory compliance requirements, human resources, operations, audit, and finance across the firm.

She serves as an overseer and chief implementer of firm-wide compliance programs, including setting the strategic direction of the firm’s compliance roadmap, implementing preventive and corrective measures, and managing corporate housekeeping efforts related to audits, reviews, and examinations.

Her role also extends to conducting internal compliance reviews and ongoing monitoring activities. In addition, she oversees periodic evaluations of departments and business units where the firm has business representation or client relationships.

With over a decade of experience in compliance and corporate governance, Yvonne plays a pivotal role in ensuring that the firm consistently upholds the highest standards of compliance, fostering a secure environment for both clients and stakeholders.
