Precision has been the through-line of Kristine's career. As a Client Services Associate at Cross Border Wealth, she brings it to the clients she supports - keeping their information accurate, their questions answered, and their next step clear.
Kristine spent twelve years at JPMorgan Chase & Co., working across Client Billing Operations, Fraud Recovery & Support, and Card Collections - functions where a single unreconciled detail matters. She also led a team as a Production Team Leader, and most recently coordinated service delivery across Australia and New Zealand as a Helpdesk Coordinator for ICS Service Solutions, supporting clients across time zones. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Miriam College and a Master of Business Analytics from Kaplan Business School in Australia.
Outside the office, Kristine travels when she can, and spends her time with family and friends.
